What can we say! We are eternally grateful for your companies expertise and commitment which made a potential disastrous office move a complete success. With little or next to no notice, you came on site to Bethlehem, Pennsylvania from New York City and averted our worse nightmare; not being on line and up and running on a Monday morning from a weekend move. It was imperative that our telephone system, Local Area Network, Internet connection and applications be totally functional for what was a very important week in our business.

Things just seemed destined to not workout. First the building we were seeking to move into fell through. Then we discovered that the previous tenant to the office space we ultimately obtained had terminated all hard wiring for our offices on the floor above us. Without missing a beat you were able to immediately assess the situation, obtain the materials necessary and effectively duplicate all the necessary infrastructure (including but not limited to re-wiring all offices, tapping into existing phone and computer infrastructure and creating our own self contained network complete with a newly created telephone closet. Debugging our computers and installing a high grade firewall with the latest anti-virus/spam and intruder protection helped us to obtain an efficient, secure network which had been plagued by viruses and unauthorized access.

Finally, we are only ever a phone call away from your on line help desk which provides immediately invaluable advice to our numerous questions. This coupled with your ability to remotely access any of our computers at any time from your New York City office ensures us instant remedial help to any computer problem we may experience.
