This month's eTechHelp's client spotlight features Marc Steinberg, a Principle at Mark Development, a real estate development firm with offices in Boston and New York City. He holds an MBA from the Stern School of Business at New York University, and a BS from Babson College.
Since 2004, eTechHelp has been providing technical support, consultation, and implementation services for his New York City office, which he co-founded with CEO Robert Korff in 1997. There he oversees all aspects of the company’s projects in the New York metropolitan area, including Westchester, Long Island, New Jersey, and Southern Connecticut, handling everything from acquisition through final disposition.
Over the past few decades Marc has been part of the team that developed over 200 Walgreens properties in 8 states and is currently developing other retail projects throughout the northeast working with tenants including CVS, Royal Farms, Chase Bank, and Quick Chek. The firm's current development projects can be viewed on their website at MarkDevelopmentLLC.com
eTechHelp has taken great pride in delivering responsive, personalized, technical support and consultation services to Mark Development and all it's clients, small and large. "When I originally contacted eTechHelp, the technical support experience was completely different then the typical finger pointing from other tech consultants" says Marc Steinberg. "It didn't matter whether it was a telephone system, Internet access, computer application or email issue, I just called one number and the problem would get resolved promptly. Over the past thirteen years eTechHelp has moved my offices several times personally managing all the moves from start to finish allowing me to focus on my real estate development business instead of technology issues. Whether your running a small remote satellite office or your an enterprise with multiple offices and employees, I highly recommend eTechHelp for implementing and supporting voice, data, networking and Internet web sites in the New York City Area"
Outside their business relationship, Marc and eTechHelp founder Rich Garboski share a passion for fitness both being serious cyclists. While Rich has ridden an average of 3,000 miles a year for the past few years, Marc is known as an Ironman. Marc started training for triathlons in 2008 and completed Ironman Mont Tremblant in 2012 (2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike and then a marathon – 26.2 miles).
